Scope of Work

Maska Mode — Ecommerce Growth & Image Program

Thank you for trusting RevShift Media. With more than 18 years of hands-on experience, I’ve helped build and scale successful online stores, streamline operations and solve business-critical challenges. Through this engagement, our aim is to increase purchases from first-time customers and remove the bottlenecks slowing Maska’s product image production.

This Scope of Work outlines the services and deliverables RevShift Media will provide to Maska Mode.

Onboarding

Image System Setup + Workflow Design

Initial stage

Outcome · An approved, repeatable production system built around Maska’s catalogue, brand and launch process.

Gather

Collect required product data, source imagery, brand references, launch priorities and platform access.

Design

Define the image system, 3–5 persistent AI models, required inputs and shared intake, review and approval workflow with Maska.

Calibrate

Produce and review an initial batch, refine the direction and approve the standard before recurring production begins.

Premium Theme Rebuild

Create a beautiful, high-converting custom editorial design for Maska, implemented on the current theme or an agreed client-licensed base theme.

Redesign the homepage, collections, product pages, landing pages and cart drawer.

Improve search, navigation and connections to Maska’s stores.

Make every location easy to find and explain pickup options clearly.

Improve merchandising with dynamic promotional cards.

Shopping experience + performance

Add reviews, sizing and fit guidance, fabric and care information, clear shipping and returns details, trust badges and icons, and use design to highlight the Maska brand story.

Design bundle, upsell, cross-sell and complete-the-look experiences to increase average order value.

Remove or replace tools that add cost without enough value.

Strengthen speed, accessibility, SEO and measurement.

Build and test privately before a smooth, controlled launch.

Ecommerce Management & Optimization

Outcome · A storefront that stays current, reliable and continually improved.

Prepare and publish products and collections with complete content, imagery, SEO and launch checks.

Write or improve English onsite copy and implement Maska-approved French translations.

Create agreed promotional assets and coordinate product drops, banners and seasonal changes.

Use store data to improve conversion, average order value and the customer experience while tracking first-time customer volume and revenue in the context of promotions and markdowns.

Maintain the theme and apps, fix bugs and support onsite SEO.

Provide ongoing ecommerce consulting and strategy for launches, sales and seasonal events, coordinating website needs with Maska’s team and advertising partner.

Included monthly capacity

Product imagery and Video

Product imagery 1,000 included Approved final images per monthly service period

Equivalent to approximately 250 complete products or colourways using a standard set of one flat image and three angle images, with complete product information supplied by Maska.

Hero-product video 5 included Selected hero products per monthly service period

Five-second, 720p videos in one agreed format or aspect ratio, created from approved still imagery.

Indicative production timing: the initial service period includes onboarding, workflow design and approval of the product-image direction. An initial calibration batch is generally targeted within 7–10 business days after complete materials are received; following approval, standard batches are generally targeted within approximately 4–5 business days. Unused monthly capacity does not carry forward. Reasonable corrections are included; new creative direction, incomplete inputs, rush work and bespoke campaign production may be reprioritized or quoted separately.
§4 · Timeline

Indicative timing — all dates and date ranges below are planning targets, not firm deadlines. They assume an August 17 kickoff and will shift if access, source materials, approvals, third-party dependencies or requested changes affect the schedule.

§5 · Scope boundaries

Email and SMS campaigns, paid-media management and media spend.
Major POS, inventory, loyalty or email-platform migrations, custom applications and unplanned integrations.
Physical photography, styling, sample handling, traditional retouching and catalogue-scale or bespoke campaign production.
Third-party themes, apps, fonts, stock assets, platform fees and licences.

Changes and priorities — work beyond this scope or reserved capacity will be moved to a later cycle or quoted in writing before it begins.

§6 · Fees & term

Investment and engagement structure

Monthly ecommerce engagement $6,500CAD / month
One-time implementation $5,000 CAD
Kickoff + billing

$11,500 plus applicable taxes covers implementation and the first month. Work begins once payment, access and kickoff materials are received.

Additional production

Approved images beyond the included capacity are $4 each; additional hero-product videos are $75 each. Written approval is required.

Phase 1 + continuation

At the end of Month 1, both parties confirm whether to continue. If approved, Months 2–6 are committed and billed monthly. If not, the engagement ends with no further monthly fees.

After Month 6

Services continue month-to-month at $6,500, terminable with 30 days’ written notice.

Taxes + costs

All amounts are CAD plus tax. Maska pays approved third-party costs. Overdue invoices may pause work and shift dates.

§7 · Client responsibilities

What we need from Maska

Timely access to Shopify, the theme, domain, apps, analytics and relevant systems.
One authorized contact who can consolidate feedback and approve decisions.
Complete product facts, source images, references, variants, pricing, inventory and launch dates in the agreed format.
Consolidated feedback and approvals within two business days of each review request.
Final approval of product facts, pricing, promotions, claims, copy and translations before publication, plus purchase of required third-party licences.
§8 · Assumptions

What this scope assumes

Inputs arrive complete, in planned batches and early enough for the requested launch date.
Feedback is consolidated and represents Maska’s authorized direction.
Third-party platforms, vendors and integrations remain reasonably available.
Monthly allowances reserve production capacity; unused capacity does not carry forward.
Client, vendor or platform delays move affected turnaround and project dates but do not pause the confirmed billing schedule.
§9 · Essential terms

The protections that support the work

These essential commercial terms sit alongside RevShift Media’s Full Terms of Service, version 1.1 dated August 17, 2026, which form part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference.

Confidentiality + data

Each party will protect the other’s non-public information. Customer and platform data will be used only as needed to perform the engagement.

Ownership + IP

Maska owns its completed and delivered Maska-specific deliverables. RevShift retains its reusable tools, systems, templates, methods and know-how.

Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. The liability limits and stated exceptions are set out in the Full Terms of Service.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement for a serious breach not corrected within 10 business days after written notice.

Governing agreement

Québec law and applicable Canadian federal law govern. The SOW and incorporated Full Terms of Service form the agreement for this scope and take priority over the proposal.

§10 · Acceptance

Agreed and accepted

By signing, each party confirms that it has authority to enter into this Scope of Work and accepts both this SOW and the incorporated Full Terms of Service, version 1.1 dated August 17, 2026.
