What is the returns policy — honestly?
You have 7 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached, and a $12.99 restocking fee applies. Items bought at 30–49% off return for gift-card credit; items at 50% off or more are final sale, as are accessories. Rinascimento pieces exchange in boutique. We’d rather say it plainly here than surprise you later.
Can I split my payment?
Yes — Klarna and Shop Pay instalments are both available at checkout, in CAD.
How do dress rentals work?
Pick a rental piece, choose the 4-day window around your event, and send it back in the packaging provided. Every rental piece also shows its buy price if you decide it should stay in your closet.
